COON, Darline Dona
COON, Darline Dona Born August 11, 1926 in Los Angeles, passed away on July 10, 2013 in Lancaster. Darline lived in the Antelope Valley over 50 years. She was a LPN for the County of Los Angeles, retiring from Warm Springs Rehabilitation Center in Castaic. Darline was a multi-talented and multi-faceted artist, working with all types of medium and subject matter. Darline received numerous awards over her lifetime for her creative and beautiful art. Darline is survived by a son Donald Orr (Cathy) of Great Mills, Md.; daughter-in-law Sally Orr of Quartz Hill; grandchildren: Meghan Clark (Daniel) of Lincoln, Neb., Joshua Orr of Lexington Park, Md., Sarah and Chelse Orr of Great Mills, Md., and numerous close friends. Preceded in death by a son Douglas Orr. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2 pm, at the Leisure Lake Mobile Home Park Clubhouse, 48303 N. 20th Street West, Lancaster.
