HOLLOWAY, MEREDITH EDWIN ED
HOLLOWAY, Meredith Edwin 'Ed' Born December 14, 1927, in Cimarron, Kan. Passed away October 13, 2011, in Palmdale, Calif. Born to Meredith Franklin Holloway and Bernice Holloway, Ed is survived by Illene Holloway his wife of 63 years and two sons Charles Meredith Holloway and Steven Ray Holloway. He has 3 grandchildren. Chad Meredith Holloway his grandson and granddaughters Kimberly Ann and Kellie Marie children to Charles Meredith and Emelda Holloway of Eugene, Ore. He was USMC. Dad loved being around aircraft from his nearly 3 decades of employment at Continental Airlines, to his pride in building the Rockwell B-1B and eventually Avtel in Mojave. He enjoyed 22 years with his family attending Reno National Air Races. He with his family loved attending Bluegrass music events his son 'Charlie' has been a part of for many years. Myself, his son Steve, felt any day with his Dad was a good day.
