BEAUCHAMP, Joseph 'Joe' Anthony 79, ofKeaau,Hawaii. He passed away onThursday, August 12, 2010,atHiloMedicalCenter. He was born onAugust 7, 1931, inSan Gabriel, Calif.He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and then he married and made Palmdale his home where he built the family 'House on the Hill'. He was an active member of the Saint Marys Parish in Palmdale, Californiawhere he ran fund-raisers, bingo and Sunday morning pancake breakfast. He also was a member of the Lake Havasu Eagles Club, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post, and Knights ofColumbus. He worked as a plumber for 35 years in Palmdale then inSan Diego, California; he retired in 1993, in Lake Havasu, Arizona where he enjoyed what he loved most, dancing. He is survived by: daughters: Suzanne Underwood of Lancaster, Calif., Michelle (Douglas) Gab of Keaau, Hawaii, Claudette (Bill) Accacian of Oakland, Calif., Annette (Paul) Troffer of Palmdale, Calif., Barbette Beauchamp of Palmdale, Calif., Rachael Beauchamp of San Diego, Calif., Rebecca Griffith of San Diego, Calif., sons: Robert Beauchamp of Lancaster, Calif., Laurence (Teresita) Beauchamp of Long Beach, Calif., Gerard Beauchamp of Palmdale, Calif., sister: Barbara Beauchamp of West Covina, Calif., brother: Howard Beauchamp of Phoenix, Ariz., 26 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Sofia Beauchamp; son, Charles Beauchamp; brothers, Bob Beauchamp and George Beauchamp; sister-in-law, Wanda Beauchamp and son-in-law, Jack Hall. Memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at St. Marys Catholic Church, Palmdale, with a reception in the old hall from 1 to 3 p.m. Contact daughter, Annette Troffer 661-272-1816.
