BAILEY, Charles Dee
BAILEY, Charles Dee Born July 4, 1935, in Sayre, Okla. Passed away December 29, 2009, in Lancaster, Calif. Charles, known as "CD" to everyone he knew, is survived by his wife Genevieve of 42 years and his children Doreen, Michael, Kevin and Greg and two grandchildren Emma and Wil. He lived a full life that was cut short by his lengthy illness. He served in Vietnam as a Seabee, building the infrastructure that helped others. Later his career took him to work for the FAA for 22 years as an Environmental Engineer at ATC in Palmdale, before his retirement in 1998. Second to his love for his family, his love of life was shown through his artwork. He saw the funny side of life and would put it down on paper, giving these "doodles" as he called them to anyone on a whim. Many people have commented how much they cherish these drawings.
